This is the most functional Anna Rain Jacket!!! It is waterproof, warm if you want to wear during colder weather, and you can roll up sleeves if weather is warmer. It doubles as a nice jacket. Buttery soft and such a pretty color French blue.

This is the best raincoat. Flattering on everyone I’ve seen wearing it. It’s a good weight—not too heavy.
