TERMS AND EXCLUSIONS (Please Review All):
* Due to partnership agreements, certain brands are excluded. Please review the list of excluded brands above.
* Only one promotional code may be applied per order. This includes discount codes and promotional gift cards. However, a discount code may be combined with a store credit (received after returning a previous purchase) or with an E-Gift Card purchased off of the Abraham's website.
* A discount code or promotional gift card provided in a promotional sale may not be applied to any past purchases made prior to the sale's activation.
* If a promotional discount code or promotional gift card has a price requirement and an eligible item is returned for a refund, thereby causing the remaining balance to drop under the required price minimum, the promotional code will no longer apply to the remaining order.
* A promotional code will not be reactivated or applied to an order after it has expired.
* For specific expiration dates or price requirements, please see original marketing email or advertisement.
* Reminder: Items marked SALE are not returnable or exchangeable.

Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Items sent back within 7-14 days of the delivery will be issued a store credit that expires after 365 days. A shipping charge will be deducted from refunds on purchases that qualified for free shipping if, due to the return, your purchase now falls below our complimentary shipping price point. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned. Swim, sunglasses, seasonal, and customized items are non-returnable.
Items purchased on sale or with use of a promo code are eligible for store credit only. Any item(s) purchased at a discount of 30% or higher is considered final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
If you would like to swap sizes or colors, please place a new order within 2 days of delivery and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.
